Positive: Everyone was very friendly and gave us helpful tips. The restaurant serves authentic Bulgarian food at reasonable prices, and the location is very close to the slopes. After we checked out, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in our room, as it was not needed that day.

Negative: You can hear loud music until late, there is no room-cleaning service (they only remove the rubbish), the room can be quite warm, and I couldn’t figure out how to lower the temperature.

Positive: Great breakfast and perfect location, right next to the 6 person chair lift, helpful staff

Negative: Wifi didn’t work in the room, shower constantly hot and cold, heating can’t be adjusted in the room so it was always stiflingly hot
